For a flight controller, this can always be achieved by connecting to the board via USB and verifying that everything is working via the configurator. To test an ESC, you can power up the board via crocodile clips. We sell crocodile clips here for this very purpose.

Description
The T-Motor Mini F7 HD Flight Controller is a high specification 20mm mounting hole board featured a fast F722 processor and MPU6000 gyro. The flight controller integrates a dual BEC providing both 5V and 10V which can be used by the DJI digital video system or a traditional analogue VTX. For analogue users the flight controller features an integrated pit switch function that enables you to power down/up the VTX when on the ground. The flight controller pairs well with the T-motor F45A mini 4in1 ESC.
