Returns
We understand the need for a seamless returns process in the event that you're not entirely satisfied with your order. This is why we've made it really simple to request a return.
Please note we do have a few stipulations for returns, but these are both reasonable and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please read our returns policy, paying specific attention to the section that applies to your circumstance.
Step 2)
Once you've read and understood the returns policy, please raise a return request, providing as much detail as possible to avoid any delays with the returns process (we may ask for further information if you haven't provided enough detail).

Do not send returns without first contacting us via email, as your return may be rejected and you'll be required to pay for the return postage before we can send it back to you.
