Shipping policy
We do not physically dispatch on weekends, public bank holidays, or after our couriers have done their daily collections. However, you'll sometimes get an automated 'dispatched' notification as we're preparing shipments ready for the next day.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
We dispatch all orders the very same day when placed before our cut-off times. Please see below our current cut-off times:

Please understand while we always have parcels ready for courier collection by the times stated, on rare occasions, there may be issues with a collection that's out of our control (courier no-show, snow etc) and parcels may have to be sent the following day. However, this is very rare and we'll always inform customers of any issues.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is for deliveries within the United Kingdom only. For free shipping, we use an economy delivery method such as Royal Mail 48, but we sometimes ship orders via a more expensive option at our discretion. We do not offer free shipping on orders that contain batteries.
PRE-ORDERS
Any orders placed where there are pre-order items included will be dispatched as one shipment when all pre-ordered items are available. We do not dispatch separately unless contact is made and an extra shipping charge is paid for the extra shipment.
COVID-19 NOTICE
Whilst couriers are working at reduced capacity, please be mindful that some deliveries may take longer than listed. To reduce any delays, please select next day delivery options where possible. Please also note that whilst these deliveries should reach you sooner than other options, they are still not 'guaranteed' at the moment. Please be patient with us and the courier companies whilst we try to get your parcel to you.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that the correct shipping address is given during the checkout process, as changes cannot usually be made to the address in the event that an incorrect address is given and the order is dispatched to this address. If an incorrect address is given, please contact us immediately, but please be mindful that there's usually a short delay in responding to customer queries and that parcels may be dispatched before we're able to answer any queries.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that information provided to us during the checkout is accurate. We will not be held liable for parcels that have been delivered to an address given to us during the checkout process.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL HASN'T TURNED UP YET?
Whilst it's frustrating to not have your parcel show up at the expected time, delays do happen within the delivery networks that are out of our control. Please be mindful that whilst we dispatch same-day for 99% orders - we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless we agree on this with you in writing beforehand and we use a guaranteed delivery method.
If a parcel has not arrived on time, please allow some extra time before contacting us. Most economy delivery methods are not 'guaranteed' for a specific date and you should always allow a few extra days before getting in touch.
If you have selected an untracked delivery method, please bear in mind that we cannot provide any additional tracking information.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we must wait until the courier companies stipulated delivery period has elapsed plus any additional contractual periods before we can make a claim for a missing parcel. For instance, for Royal Mail, this is usually 10 days after the estimated delivery date. In the worst-case scenario, if a parcel has not been delivered after 30 days, we'll issue you a full refund, including the postage costs. We will not issue refunds or replace any ordered items before this period has elapsed!
